Where does the data come from — is this MLS data?
CMAScope is built on public research datasets: Realtor.com Economic Research (MLS-derived listing aggregates), Zillow Research home values and rents, and U.S. Census demographics. It is aggregate market data by ZIP, county, metro and state — not individual listings — so there is no MLS licensing burden on your office.
